Breathe and Share

Welcome to "Breathe and Share" – A safe space where you can unburden your thoughts, release what's weighing on your heart, and rediscover the peace within. Through intuitive counselling and breathwork, I offer you a judgment-free zone to be truly heard, guiding you toward clarity and release.

There will be 2 sessions (75 minutes each). You can book your second session after the first meeting.


This session is ideal if you:

  • Are navigating a life transition.

  • Are seeking an energetic refresh.

  • Want to deepen your connection to your breath and self.
