Testimonials

"The African Revolutions missing from History books is a great starting point for continuing research into the revolutions that have been ignored, or mislabeled in history. The book has great prompts for teachers and short passages that could be used as reading texts for reading groups or with the whole class. The book itself provides examples of citing photos which would be great for discussing academic integrity when we consolidate information into our own words. My kids have family in Guinea and it fills them with pride to know that their people were part of revolutions along with many others on the continent. As a teacher, I would distribute each of the modules to a small group and have them use it (with the reflective questions) to teach the rest of the class doing a jigsaw puzzle teaching strategy. Such a great book for personal use and classroom instruction."
